including the Schroth Method for Scoliosis offered under the supervision of a trained physical therapist.
At Muroona Fitness, we provide General Group Workout Classes such as functional training, boot camp, body pump, CrossFit training, TABATA, flexibility, HIIT, to mention just a few. We also offer SPECIALIZED Group Training, such as Prenatal and Postnatal Exercise Classes, Tai Chi classes for healthy Joints and general health conditions, Posture Correction, and Therapeutic Yoga

Our Postnatal exercise classes are designed to help you get back in shape in a safe matter after having your baby. Class is given by a Certified Pre/Postnatal Exercise Instructor
The goal of the class is to strengthen your core muscles while maintaining posture and spinal awareness. The class includes movements and exercises that will help you: loosen up muscles, increase body awareness, strengthen your core, and realign your body’s joints
Schroth Method for Scoliosis Treatment
The Schroth Method is a nonsurgical option for scoliosis treatment. A specialized Physical Therapist will customized exercises for each patient to return the curved spine to a more natural position.
